What are your reasons/intention for seeking a Reiki session?

I understand and acknowledge that Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that can be provided both remotely and in-person using the practitioner’s hands. It is commonly used for relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction/management, and is a form of complementary health care practices. I understand that Andrea Vernitsky is not a licensed physician, and Reiki does not require licensing by the state. I understand that Reiki is a complement to traditional Western medicine provided by doctors, nurses, and other licensed medical professionals. I take full responsibility to see a licensed physician and healthcare professional for any ailment or condition as required and acknowledge that Reiki does not take the place of that medical care. I am aware that Andrea Vernitsky does not diagnose illness or disease nor does she prescribe medications or recommend supplements. I understand that any suggestions that are provided to me should not be taken as a diagnosis or recommendation against the advice of a licensed physician or mental health professional. I understand that Reiki supports the body's ability to heal itself and improvement often requires commitment on the client's part (e.g., willingness to make lifestyle or mindset changes, etc.) in order to fully benefit from Reiki treatments. Stress, trauma, and illness restrict the natural flow of "life force energy" through the body, and Reiki rejuvenates the body's ability to relax by restoring the balance and flow of life force energy through the body. I understand that during a remote session, the Reiki Practitioner enters a meditative state and acts as a channel for life force energy to flow and clear blocks and balance the client's energy. The energy is guided by God/Spirit for the physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual well-being of the client. Therefore, I acknowledge that a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed by a Reiki Practitioner. I understand that Andrea Vernitsky is a trained Reiki Master/Teacher and has been practicing and teaching Reiki since 2016. By entering my name below, I fully acknowledge these terms and agreements.
