Personalized Energy Readings

A Personalized Energy Reading is based on Human Design and may include aspects of Astrology and Intuitive Insights based on your needs. This session helps you understand:

  • Your natural energy (your energy patterns, your innate gifts, your highest potential, your purpose, signs you are in/out of alignment).

  • How your energy works (your optimal decision-making process, where you pick up other people’s energy and how to release it, digestion, how you impact the world).

  • How to best use your energy (your manifestation process, when to be consistent and when to flow, environments where you thrive).

You will leave a Personalized Energy Reading with a PDF of key things discussed during the reading, a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tips to apply to your life to live with more ease and flow.

Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions

A Reiki & Energy Healing session promotes healing on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Each session is tailored to meet your intention and specific needs in the moment. During a virtual session, I will guide you through a personalized meditation to help your body and mind relax as we energetically clear blocks and restore your natural flow of energy. This supports your body in healing itself and helps you build a foundation to create the life experiences you desire. At the end of the session I’ll also share any intuitive messages I receive to support you (if you’d like💖, if not that’s okay!). Each session is tailored to your individual needs, so be sure to prepare an intention for the session beforehand (examples: clearing a money block, healing a relationship, easing anxiety, supporting your pet, etc.) If you’d like to see an example of a “virtual” session, visit my YouTube channel!
