1:1 Reiki Training & Coaching

This module provides an overview of the practice and history of Reiki. You will set an intention for the program, make the Reiki principles your own and complete exercises to connect with your Reiki guides.

This module trains you on how to perform self-Reiki treatments and how to use Reiki in your everyday life. You will learn how to use the items in your Reiki healing kit and master the five steps to sharing Reiki. You will practice giving Reiki to yourself observing what happens as a result.

In this module you will learn when and how to use the Reiki symbol for physical healing. This module coincides with your level 1 attunement, which will open your energy channels to Reiki and clear and shift physical blocks in your life. You will learn about what to expect before, during and after a Reiki attunement and the 21-day cleansing process that occurs after a Reiki attunement.

This module will equip you with the techniques and strategies you need to give Reiki to others. You will learn the steps you need to take to share Reiki with others and how to structure a Reiki session. You will be trained on how to receive messages and deliver them to others, protect your own energy, set energetic boundaries and clear your energy before, during or after a session. You will begin to build a “healing messages” dictionary that you can use to interpret messages and symbols you receive when you share Reiki with yourself or others. You will practice sharing Reiki with others and record your experiences to improve your practice.

In this module you will learn how to use the Reiki symbol for mental and emotional healing on yourself and others. This module coincides with your level 2 attunement, which will further open your energy channels to Reiki and initiate emotional healing. You will practice pairing the mental and emotional healing symbol with the physical healing symbol during Reiki sessions.

In this module you will learn how to use the Reiki symbol for distance healing on yourself and others. You will learn how to send Reiki across space and time so that you can send Reiki to others who are in another location and send Reiki to past and future events. This module coincides with your level 2 attunement, which will further open your energy channels to Reiki and clear energy blocks across time. You will practice using this symbol with the other Reiki symbols during Reiki sessions.

During these weekly calls, we will discuss topics covered in the modules and go deeper based on the questions that you have and your application of the content. We will have the opportunity to discuss topics that might arise for you such as: what to do when you give Reiki but you don’t feel anything, how to prepare a client for a Reiki session, how to give Reiki to animals, how to host and structure a Reiki circle, how to use crystals and other tools during a Reiki session + more!
