Music I Use For Healing & Meditations

 

Hi! I hope you are having a great week! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the music I use, especially in my 30-Min Reiki Example video, so I am sharing all the details here✨

When I’m searching for music to use during sessions or for my healing and meditation videos, I search for meditation music, healing music, relaxing or soothing sounds, ambient noise, sound healing, singing bowls, beta waves or 432 or 528 hertz. There are so many great artists out there who share their music specifically for this purpose and you can find them on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok and Epidemic Sound. Some of my favorite artists are Joseph Beg, Timothy Infinite, Strom, August Wilhelmsson, Gavin Luke and Calm Shores.

In the videos that I post to YouTube, I specifically use Epidemic Sound because it provides royalty free music that you can use on social platforms.
