[VIDEO] What an In-Person Pet Reiki Session Looks Like

Animals love Reiki and can really benefit from it, especially if they experience stress, anxiety, pain or behavior issues. Reiki works on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level and can help animals clear out energetic blocks, emotions they’ve been holding on to (animals often hold on to emotions that their owners feel) or anything else that is preventing them from feeling their best.

In this video, I share what my general process is by giving Reiki to my “spiritual cat” Buddy (he loves all things spiritual lol). Every session is different based on the animal, the intention for the session and what is going on, but generally this is how I work during an in-person session.
